Returns & Exchanges
At OnPens.com, we strive to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or needs.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 15 business days of receiving it, provided it meets the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in resaleable condition, which means:
- Brand new and unused
- Unopened and in original packaging, if applicable
- All tags and seals intact (e.g., sticker seals, tip protectors)
Pens:
- Pens can only be returned if no ink has passed through the nib or internal parts.
- If the pen includes a cartridge, it must be unused and included in the return.
- Tip protectors must be intact.
- Used pens are not eligible for return or refund.
OnPens.com reserves the right to decline returns that show signs of use, tampering, or are not in resaleable condition.
Return Process
- Package the item securely to avoid damage in transit.
- Use a trackable shipping method—we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
- Include a note with:
- Your full name
- The email address used for the purchase
- Your order number
Ship the return to our designated return address (please contact us if you need it).
Refund Timeline
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund if the item meets our return criteria.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for your return to be processed.
- Original shipping costs and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
- A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been processed.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
If you wish to order a different item, simply return your original purchase (following the process above) for a refund. Once that’s complete, you’re welcome to place a new order at your convenience.
