How Much Is Shipping?

Shipping costs depend on your location:

  • Within Europe: €11
  • Outside Europe: €15

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are flat rate regardless of the size of your order.

How Can I Pay?

Currently, all payments are processed through PayPal.
You can pay using:

  • Your PayPal account, or
  • A major credit or debit card via PayPal (no PayPal account needed)

We do not accept money orders, bank transfers, personal checks, or cash.

Will I Be Charged Customs or Import Duties?

In most cases, customs or import fees are not charged, but this can vary by country.
OnPens.com has no control over customs regulations, and you are responsible for any applicable import duties or fees upon delivery.

If you choose not to pay customs fees and your order is returned to us, you’ll be notified by email. In that case, you can choose one of the following options:

  1. Reship your order (you will need to pay the new shipping fee), or
  2. Cancel your order — we will refund your payment minus the original shipping cost.

When Will My Order Be Shipped?

Your order will be shipped within 1 business day after payment is confirmed.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your package is on its way.

When Will My Order Arrive?

All orders ship from Portugal. Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 2–3 weeks
  • Outside Europe: Delivery times may vary and can take longer

Will I Need to Sign for My Order?

In most cases, no signature is required upon delivery.
